Although some of the water damage is not visible to the naked eye, we used state-of-the-art equipment to find and detect the affected areas. We then recommended a licensed mold testing company to test those affected areas. These swabs were sent to a lab that showed the presence of mold. We represent this homeowner with their insurance claim.
