Arthur Camayd, partner, is a licensed public adjuster with the SPPA designation, a licensed general contractor, and holds a degree in architecture.
We know how buildings are designed, how they are built, and how to spot the damage most people miss. On complex claims like fires with structural damage or hidden issues, that construction insight and policy knowledge lets us build a stronger claim and challenge a low offer with real authority.

We don’t just estimate. We advocate.
Four steps, from the first call to the settlement check.
Tell us about your claim. We’re here to help.
Leaving no stone unturned, we focus on the details.
Don’t worry about having to gather various repair bids on your own.
We don’t get paid unless you get paid.
Waiting to see what the insurance company does is how good claims run out of time.
Many homeowners hurt their claim on that first call to the insurance company. Reporting the claim is part of our job, and we do it the right way. Call us the day you find the damage, and we’ll handle it from there.
Florida makes insurers say on a partial payment that more may come, and the adjuster they send works for them, not you. We’ve handled nearly 7,000 claims and settled over half a billion dollars. Have us check their estimate line by line before you settle for it.
Stop the damage from spreading, but take photos and video before anything is torn out or repaired, and keep what gets replaced. Once the damage is gone, it’s your word against the insurance company’s. Call us first, and we’ll document it the right way.
Don’t wait to see what they do. Call today and let a licensed public adjuster review your options while you still have them. Your policy review is free.

Answers to the questions Broward County callers ask us most.
You pay nothing upfront, and if we don't recover money, you owe us nothing. Our fee is a percentage of what we recover for you, set in writing before you sign, and Florida law caps it. Call, and we'll walk you through how it works on your claim.
Usually more than one policy is involved, and each side will point at someone else. It's one of the questions Broward callers ask us most. Florida law says the association's policy doesn't cover the flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, cabinets, countertops, fixtures and appliances inside your unit. Those are on you, so your own condo policy is usually what pays. We document the damage and file it with your own insurer the right way, so call us before you accept their no.
Yes. About half of our Broward claims are water and plumbing leaks, and cast iron pipe leaks are one of the questions Broward homeowners ask us most. Many policies won't pay to fix the pipe itself, but they often cover the water damage it caused and the cost of tearing out what's needed to reach it. Insurers often call a leak wear and tear or long-term seepage, so call us before the plumber closes the wall.
Yes. Citizens is the insurer on about one in five of our Broward claims. We handle them the same way we handle any insurer's: we document the damage, write our own estimate and negotiate for what your policy owes. Call us before you accept their offer.
Our office is in Doral, and we handle claims anywhere in Florida, including Fort Lauderdale, Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Hollywood and the towns around them. A licensed public adjuster inspects the damage in person at your property whenever the claim needs it, and the first review is free.
You can hire us before you file, in the middle of a claim, or after the insurer pays too little. Many of the nearly 7,000 claims we've handled started just like yours. Don't sit on a low check, though. Florida's deadlines to reopen a claim or ask for more run from the date of loss, not from the day they paid. Call us now, while you still have time.
No. We're licensed public adjusters, not a law firm, and we don't give legal advice. We document the damage, write the estimate and negotiate with your insurance company. Florida no longer makes insurers pay a winning homeowner's lawyer, so a claim has to be built right before anyone talks about court. If yours needs a lawyer, we work together with experienced property damage attorneys, and they rely on the file we've built. Call us first, so that file is built right from the start.
Less time than most people think. Florida bars a new or reopened claim that isn't reported within one year of the date of loss, and a supplemental claim after 18 months. For a hurricane, the date of loss is landfall, not the day you notice the damage, and courts expect you to report promptly inside that year. Call us as soon as you find the damage.
Call and a licensed adjuster will go over your claim with you. The review is free.
