We know how buildings are designed, how they are built, and how to spot the damage most people miss. On complex claims like fires with structural damage or hidden issues, that construction insight and policy knowledge lets us build a stronger claim and challenge a low offer with real authority.

Waiting to see what the insurance company does is how good claims run out of time.
Insurance companies often deny claims as wear and tear, old damage or not covered. That letter is their side of the story, not the final word. The right proof can change it, but the window to act is short. Call us before you take no for an answer.
The adjuster and engineer your insurance company hires work for it, not for you. Most of our Oklahoma clients called us after the first check came in low. Have us check their offer before you settle for it.
We hear it all the time. You know the check is too low, so you call the adjuster one more time and wait. Then months go by. In Oklahoma, your time to sue can start the day the damage happened, not the day they deny you, and a partial check doesn’t stop it. Call now, while you still have options.
Don’t wait to see what they do. Call today and let a licensed public adjuster review your options while you still have them. Your policy review is free.

Answers to the questions Oklahoma callers ask us most.
You pay nothing upfront. Oklahoma law doesn't let a public adjuster take any fee before your insurance company pays, and if we don't recover money, you owe us nothing. Our fee is a percentage of what we recover for you, set in writing before you sign. We only get paid on the money we recover for you.
No. We're licensed public adjusters, not a law firm, and we don't give legal advice. We document the damage, write the estimate and negotiate with your insurance company. If your insurer acts in bad faith or the talks stall, we work together with experienced property damage attorneys, and they rely on the claim file we've built. Oklahoma lets you sue an insurer for bad faith when it unreasonably delays, underpays or denies a covered claim, so start with us and your file is ready if it comes to that.
No. You can hire us before you file, in the middle of a claim, or after the insurer pays too little, and most of our Oklahoma claims started as an underpaid claim. Don't sit on a low check, though. In Oklahoma, a partial payment doesn't pause your deadline to sue, and that deadline runs from the day of the damage.
Yes. Our public adjusters are licensed in Oklahoma, and we handle claims anywhere in the state, including Tulsa, Oklahoma City and the towns around them. We inspect the damage in person at your property whenever the claim needs it.
Often, yes. A denial is the insurer's side of the story, not the final word. In Oklahoma, a denial has to be in writing and name the part of your policy it relies on. We read that letter against your policy, inspect the damage, and build the proof to turn it around. Call us before you accept it.
Report the damage to your insurer as soon as you find it. Your deadline to sue is in your policy's "Suit Against Us" section, and Oklahoma lets that deadline be as short as one year. In Oklahoma the clock starts on the day of the damage, not the day your insurer denies you, and a partial payment doesn't restart it. Call us before the clock runs down.
Yes. Your roofer fixes the damage, and we handle the insurance claim for you, including the estimate and the negotiation with your insurer. In Oklahoma, only a licensed public adjuster or a lawyer can negotiate your claim for pay, and a roofer can't, even with a power of attorney. Many Oklahoma homeowners bring us in when the insurer's number won't cover what the roofer found.
They have deadlines too. Oklahoma law gives insurers 30 days to acknowledge your claim and 60 days after your proof of loss to accept it, deny it in writing, or explain why they need more time. If they're dragging it out, don't wait on them. Call us, and we'll push your claim forward.
Call us before you call them. What you say on that first call can hurt your claim, and most policyholders don't know which words give the insurance company a reason to pay less or deny. We'll help you report it the right way, so call as soon as you find the damage.
Call and a licensed adjuster will go over your claim with you. The review is free.
