We know how buildings are designed, how they are built, and how to spot the damage most people miss. On complex claims like fires with structural damage or hidden issues, that construction insight and policy knowledge lets us build a stronger claim and challenge a low offer with real authority.

We don’t just estimate. We advocate.
Four steps, from the first call to the settlement check.
Tell us about your claim. We’re here to help.
Leaving no stone unturned, we focus on the details.
Don’t worry about having to gather various repair bids on your own.
We don’t get paid unless you get paid.
Waiting to see what the insurance company does is how good claims run out of time.
Many homeowners hurt their claim on that first call to the insurance company. Reporting the claim is part of our job, and we do it the right way. Call us the day you find the damage, and we’ll handle it from there.
The adjuster they send works for the insurance company. Nearly half of our Georgia clients called us after the first check came in low. Have us check their offer before you settle for it.
We hear it all the time. You know the check is too low, so you call the adjuster one more time and wait. Then months go by. In Georgia, the clock to sue usually starts on the date of the damage, not when they deny you, and talking with them doesn’t stop it. Call now, while you still have options.
Don’t wait to see what they do. Call today and let a licensed public adjuster review your options while you still have them. Your policy review is free.

Answers to the questions Georgia callers ask us most.
You pay nothing upfront, and if we don't recover money, you owe no fee. Our fee is a percentage of the insurance money we recover, and it depends on the size and type of claim, so we set it with you and put it in writing before you sign. Georgia law also caps what a public adjuster can charge.
No. We're licensed public adjusters, not a law firm, and Georgia law doesn't let adjusters give legal advice. We inspect the damage, write the estimate and negotiate with your insurance company, and most claims settle without a lawsuit. If yours needs a lawyer, we'll tell you.
Yes. Our public adjusters are licensed in Georgia, and their license numbers are listed at the top of this page. We handle claims anywhere in the state and inspect the damage in person at your property whenever the claim needs it.
No. You can hire us before you file, in the middle of a claim, or after the insurer pays too little, and nearly half of our Georgia claims started as an underpaid claim. What can make it too late is your policy's deadline to sue, which can be as short as one year from the date of the damage.
Often, yes. A denial is the insurer's side of the story, not the final word. We read the letter against your policy, inspect the damage and build the proof to turn it around.
Report the damage to your insurer as soon as you find it, because most policies require prompt notice. The deadline to sue is in your policy's "Suit Against Us" section, and for non-fire damage like water, wind or hail it can be one year from the date of loss, while fire claims get at least two years. Georgia's new two-year minimum only covers policies issued or renewed on or after July 1, 2027, and talking with the insurer usually doesn't pause the clock. Call us before the clock runs down.
An insurance company's estimate can come in under your deductible even when the real repair cost is higher. We inspect for free and write our own estimate to compare with theirs. Call us before you accept their number.
Call us before you call them. What you say on that first call can hurt your claim, and most policyholders don't know which words give the insurance company a reason to pay less or deny. We'll file the claim properly and set it up right from the start, so call us as soon as you find the damage.
They have rules to follow too. Georgia requires insurers to send claim forms within 15 days of a request, and if a covered claim goes unpaid 60 days after a written demand, Georgia law can add a penalty when the refusal was in bad faith. If they're dragging it out, don't wait on them. Call us, and we'll push your claim forward.
Call and a licensed adjuster will go over your claim with you. The review is free.
