We know how buildings are designed, how they are built, and how to spot the damage most people miss. On complex claims like fires with structural damage or hidden issues, that construction insight and policy knowledge lets us build a stronger claim and challenge a low offer with real authority.

Waiting to see what the insurance company does is how good claims run out of time.

The adjuster they send works for the insurance company. Most of our Tennessee clients called us after the first check came in low. Have us check their offer before you settle for it.
We hear it all the time. You know the check is too low, so you call the adjuster one more time and wait. Then months go by. In Tennessee, your time to sue can start the day they pay or deny, and asking them to look again doesn’t stop it. Call now, while you still have options.
Don’t wait to see what they do. Call today and let a licensed public adjuster review your options while you still have them. Your policy review is free.

Answers to the questions Tennessee callers ask us most.
You pay nothing upfront. Tennessee law doesn't let a public adjuster take any fee before your claim settles, and if we don't recover money, you owe us nothing. Our fee is a percentage of what we recover, set in writing before you sign, and Tennessee caps it on home claims. If your insurer already made you an offer, our fee can come only from the extra money we get you.
No. We're licensed public adjusters, not a law firm, and Tennessee doesn't let public adjusters give legal advice. We inspect the damage, write the estimate and negotiate with your insurance company, and most claims settle without a lawsuit. If yours needs a lawyer, we'll tell you.
No. You can hire us before you file, in the middle of a claim, or after the insurer pays too little, and most of our Tennessee claims started as an underpaid claim. Don't sit on a low payment, though. In Tennessee, the clock to sue your insurer can start the day it sends the check.
Yes. Our public adjusters are licensed in Tennessee, and we handle claims anywhere in the state. We inspect the damage in person at your property whenever the claim needs it.
Often, yes. A denial is the insurer's side of the story, not the final word. If your insurer denied a roof claim based on aerial photos, Tennessee regulators treat a denial based only on unclear aerial images as an unfair claims practice. We read the denial letter against your policy, inspect the damage and build the proof to turn it around.
Report the damage to your insurer as soon as you find it. If you report late, Tennessee presumes the delay hurt the insurer, and it's on you to prove otherwise. Your deadline to sue is in your policy's "Suit Against Us" section, often one or two years, and Tennessee courts enforce it. That clock can start when the insurer pays or denies your claim, or when your policy's payment window runs out with no answer, and asking it to take another look doesn't restart it. Call us before the clock runs down.
Yes. Your roofer fixes the damage, and we handle the insurance claim for you, including the estimate and the negotiation with your insurer. Tennessee law doesn't let a roofer act as your public adjuster unless it's licensed as one. Many Tennessee homeowners bring us in when the insurer's number won't cover what the roofer found.
Call us before you call them. What you say on that first call can hurt your claim, and most policyholders don't know which words give the insurance company a reason to pay less or deny. We'll help you report it the right way, so call as soon as you find the damage.
They have deadlines too. Tennessee's claim rules give insurers 30 days to acknowledge your claim and 60 days after a completed proof of loss to accept or deny it, or explain in writing why they need more time. If they're dragging it out, don't wait on them. Call us, and we'll push your claim forward.
Call and a licensed adjuster will go over your claim with you. The review is free.
