We know how buildings are designed, how they are built, and how to spot the damage most people miss. On complex claims like fires with structural damage or hidden issues, that construction insight and policy knowledge lets us build a stronger claim and challenge a low offer with real authority.

We don’t just estimate. We advocate.
Four steps, from the first call to the settlement check.
Tell us about your claim. We’re here to help.
Leaving no stone unturned, we focus on the details.
Don’t worry about having to gather various repair bids on your own.
We don’t get paid unless you get paid.
Waiting to see what the insurance company does is how good claims run out of time.
Many homeowners hurt their claim on that first call to the insurance company. Reporting the claim is part of our job, and we do it the right way. Call us the day you find the damage, and we’ll handle it from there.
Florida makes insurers say on a partial payment that more may come, and the adjuster they send works for them, not you. We’ve handled nearly 7,000 claims and settled over half a billion dollars. Have us check their estimate line by line before you settle for it.
Stop the damage from spreading, but take photos and video before anything is torn out or repaired, and keep what gets replaced. Once the damage is gone, it’s your word against the insurance company’s. Call us first, and we’ll document it the right way.
Don’t wait to see what they do. Call today and let a licensed public adjuster review your options while you still have them. Your policy review is free.

Answers to the questions Tampa Bay callers ask us most.
You pay nothing upfront, and if we don't recover money, you owe us nothing. Our fee is a percentage of what we recover for you, set in writing before you sign, and Florida law caps it. If your insurer paid you before you hired us, Florida doesn't let a public adjuster take a fee on that money, so our fee comes only from the extra money we get you. Call, and we'll walk you through how it works on your claim.
Usually not, and Florida makes insurers say so on the policy: a homeowners policy without flood coverage doesn't cover flood, even when hurricane winds and rain caused it. Surge and rising water go to a flood policy, which has its own, much shorter deadline for a signed proof of loss. Wind and roof damage go to your homeowners insurer. Many Tampa Bay homes have both claims at once, on two clocks, so call us before you accept either answer.
It depends on where your claim stands. For Helene and Milton, Florida's deadlines to file a new, reopened or supplemental claim have passed on most policies. If you reported the damage in time and the insurer denied or underpaid it, you may still have options, because the clock to sue runs from the date of the storm. Call us for a free review, and we'll check your dates.
Usually not. In Florida, the hurricane deductible applies once a calendar year, across all your hurricane damage that year. It also applies only to damage from a hurricane, from the time a hurricane warning is issued for any part of Florida until 72 hours after the last watch or warning ends. If your insurer took it twice, or took it on damage from another storm, you may be owed money. We'll check it against your policy.
No. Blueprint Claims is a licensed public adjusting firm. We don't sell insurance, and we don't work for Citizens or any other insurer. We work for you, the policyholder, to get your claim paid in full. To pay a bill or change your policy, call the number on your policy. If you have damage, call us first, and we'll help you report it.
You can hire us before you file, in the middle of a claim, or after the insurer pays too little. Many of the nearly 7,000 claims we've handled started just like yours. Don't sit on a low check, though. Florida's deadlines to reopen a claim or ask for more run from the date of loss, not from the day they paid. Call us now, while you still have time.
No. We're licensed public adjusters, not a law firm, and we don't give legal advice. We document the damage, write the estimate and negotiate with your insurance company. Florida no longer makes insurers pay a winning homeowner's lawyer, so a claim has to be built right before anyone talks about court. If yours needs a lawyer, we work together with experienced property damage attorneys, and they rely on the file we've built. Call us first, so that file is built right from the start.
Yes. Your roofer fixes the damage and can explain the bid, and we handle the insurance claim, including the estimate and the negotiation with your insurer. In Florida, only a licensed public adjuster or a lawyer can negotiate your claim for pay, and good roofers send their customers to a public adjuster for that part.
Call and a licensed adjuster will go over your claim with you. The review is free.
