Arthur Camayd, partner, is a licensed public adjuster with the SPPA designation, a licensed general contractor, and holds a degree in architecture.
We know how buildings are designed, how they are built, and how to spot the damage most people miss. On complex claims like fires with structural damage or hidden issues, that construction insight and policy knowledge lets us build a stronger claim and challenge a low offer with real authority.

We don’t just estimate. We advocate.
Four steps, from the first call to the settlement check.
Tell us about your claim. We’re here to help.
Leaving no stone unturned, we focus on the details.
Don’t worry about having to gather various repair bids on your own.
We don’t get paid unless you get paid.
Waiting to see what the insurance company does is how good claims run out of time.
Many homeowners hurt their claim on that first call to the insurance company. Reporting the claim is part of our job, and we do it the right way. Call us the day you find the damage, and we’ll handle it from there.
Florida makes insurers say on a partial payment that more may come, and the adjuster they send works for them, not you. We’ve handled nearly 7,000 claims and settled over half a billion dollars. Have us check their estimate line by line before you settle for it.
Stop the damage from spreading, but take photos and video before anything is torn out or repaired, and keep what gets replaced. Once the damage is gone, it’s your word against the insurance company’s. Call us first, and we’ll document it the right way.
Don’t wait to see what they do. Call today and let a licensed public adjuster review your options while you still have them. Your policy review is free.

Answers to the questions Panhandle homeowners ask us after a hurricane.
You pay nothing upfront, and if we don't recover money, you owe us nothing. Our fee is a percentage of what we recover for you, set in writing before you sign, and Florida law caps it. Call, and we'll walk you through how it works on your claim.
Yes. Our licensed public adjusters are on the ground in the Panhandle for Hurricane Isaias. We handle wind, roof, water and flood claims: we document the damage, write our own estimate and negotiate with your insurance company. For what to do first and the deadlines that apply, see our Hurricane Isaias insurance claims page, or call us now.
Yes. We handled Hurricane Sally claims in Pensacola, Gulf Breeze and Pace, and Hurricane Michael claims from Panama City to Marianna. We've worked more than ten hurricanes and handled nearly 7,000 claims. Call us for a free claim review.
Yes. In Florida the hurricane deductible applies only to damage from a hurricane, from the time a hurricane warning is issued for any part of the state until 72 hours after the last watch or warning ends. It also applies once a calendar year, across all hurricane damage that year. If your damage came from another storm, or you already met the deductible that year, the insurer may owe you more. We'll check it against your policy. Read more: Hurricane Isaias damage under your deductible?
Usually not, and Florida makes insurers say so on the policy: a homeowners policy without flood coverage doesn't cover flood, even when hurricane winds and rain caused it. Surge and rising water go to a flood policy, which has its own, much shorter deadline for a signed proof of loss. Wind and roof damage go to your homeowners insurer. After a hurricane, many Panhandle homes have both claims at once, on two clocks, so call us before you accept either answer.
Our office is in Doral, and we handle claims anywhere in Florida, including Pensacola, Milton, Gulf Breeze, Navarre and the towns around them. A licensed public adjuster inspects the damage in person at your property whenever the claim needs it, and your claim review is free.
Less time than most people think. Florida bars a new or reopened claim that isn't reported within one year of the date of loss, and a supplemental claim after 18 months. For a hurricane, the date of loss is landfall, not the day you notice the damage, and courts expect you to report promptly inside that year. Call us as soon as you find the damage.
No. We're licensed public adjusters, not a law firm, and we don't give legal advice. We document the damage, write the estimate and negotiate with your insurance company. Florida no longer makes insurers pay a winning homeowner's lawyer, so a claim has to be built right before anyone talks about court. If yours needs a lawyer, we work together with experienced property damage attorneys, and they rely on the file we've built. Call us first, so that file is built right from the start.
Call and a licensed adjuster will go over your claim with you. The review is free.
