Arthur Camayd, partner, is a licensed public adjuster with the SPPA designation, a licensed general contractor, and holds a degree in architecture.
We know how buildings are designed, how they are built, and how to spot the damage most people miss. On complex claims like fires with structural damage or hidden issues, that construction insight and policy knowledge lets us build a stronger claim and challenge a low offer with real authority.

We don’t just estimate. We advocate.
Four steps, from the first call to the settlement check.
Tell us about your claim. We’re here to help.
Leaving no stone unturned, we focus on the details.
Don’t worry about having to gather various repair bids on your own.
We don’t get paid unless you get paid.
Waiting to see what the insurance company does is how good claims run out of time.
Many homeowners hurt their claim on that first call to the insurance company. Reporting the claim is part of our job, and we do it the right way. Call us the day you find the damage, and we’ll handle it from there.
Florida makes insurers say on a partial payment that more may come, and the adjuster they send works for them, not you. We’ve handled nearly 7,000 claims and settled over half a billion dollars. Have us check their estimate line by line before you settle for it.
We hear it all the time. You know the check is too low, so you call the adjuster one more time and wait. Then months go by. In Florida, your deadlines to ask for more and to sue both run from the day the damage happened, not the day they decide, and a slow insurer can run them out. Call now, while you still have options.
Don’t wait to see what they do. Call today and let a licensed public adjuster review your options while you still have them. Your policy review is free.

Answers to the questions Florida callers ask us most.
You pay nothing upfront, and if we don't recover money, you owe us nothing. Our fee is a percentage of what we recover for you, set in writing before you sign, and Florida law caps it. If your insurer paid you before you hired us, Florida doesn't let a public adjuster take a fee on that money, so our fee comes only from the extra money we get you. Call, and we'll walk you through how it works on your claim.
No. We're licensed public adjusters, not a law firm, and we don't give legal advice. We document the damage, write the estimate and negotiate with your insurance company. Florida no longer makes insurers pay a winning homeowner's lawyer, so a claim has to be built right before anyone talks about court. If yours needs a lawyer, we work together with experienced property damage attorneys, and they rely on the file we've built. Call us first, so that file is built right from the start.
You can hire us before you file, in the middle of a claim, or after the insurer pays too little. Many of the nearly 7,000 claims we've handled started just like yours. Don't sit on a low check, though. Florida's deadlines to reopen a claim or ask for more run from the date of loss, not from the day they paid. Call us now, while you still have time.
Less time than most people think. Florida bars a new or reopened claim that isn't reported within one year of the date of loss, and a supplemental claim after 18 months. For a hurricane, the date of loss is landfall, not the day you notice the damage, and courts expect you to report promptly inside that year. Call us as soon as you find the damage.
Often, yes. A denial is the insurer's side of the story, not the final word. We read the letter against your policy, inspect the damage and build the proof to turn it around. Florida also offers free mediation of a disputed home claim, paid for by the insurer, but the mediator works from what's in your file, so the file has to be built first. Call us before you accept a denial.
Yes. We've handled claims in more than 350 Florida towns in 61 of the state's 67 counties, from the Keys to the Panhandle. Our office is in Doral, and a licensed public adjuster inspects the damage in person at your property whenever the claim needs it. The first review is free.
Your claim moves to the Florida Insurance Guaranty Association, the state fund that pays covered claims of failed insurers, up to set limits. A claim against it has a much shorter deadline to sue than a normal claim. More than 1,000 of our Florida claims were with insurers that later failed, so call us as soon as you get the notice.
Call us before you call them. What you say on that first call can hurt your claim, and most policyholders don't know which words give the insurance company a reason to pay less or deny. We'll help you report it the right way, so call as soon as you find the damage.
Call and a licensed adjuster will go over your claim with you. The review is free.
