Arthur Camayd is a managing partner at Blueprint Claims. Arthur has been involved in and assisted on thousands of property insurance claims since the start of 2009. His diverse portfolio of claims handling experience has resulted in many millions recovered for the policyholders. Apart from public adjusting, he is also routinely selected by insurance carrier appraisers and policyholder appraisers to serve as a neutral umpire in appraisal disputes when a resolution must be reached. Coming from a family of architects, Arthur grew up exposed to architecture design and construction. He worked on several residential and commercial projects involving a change of occupancy, structural repairs & renovations along with new construction. During the 2008 financial crisis, the architecture and construction industry took a downturn, Arthur decided to switch gears and bring his education and experience to the property insurance claim industry.
Arthur obtained a Bachelor’s of Arts in Architecture from Florida International University and a Bachelor’s in Architecture from Florida Atlantic University. He holds a CPPA (Certificate in Professional Public Adjusting and an SPPA (Senior Professional Public Adjuster) designation from The Institutes. Apart from degrees and designations, Arthur holds certifications in the following: IICRC Water Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, HAAG Commercial Roof Inspector, OSHA – 10, IAUA Umpire and Appraiser, Windstorm Network. Arthur is also a current member of several public adjusting associations across the country such as NAPIA (National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters) and FAPIA (Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters).

Michael Zebold, SPPA
FIRM PARTNER | Senior Public Adjuster
Michael Zebold founded Blueprint Claims in early 2011. Previously working as a public adjuster for several years at a Miami based public adjusting firm, he believed that he could create an organization where “one-man or woman” public adjusters could hang their license and receive formal training along with claim assignments.
Michael’s background in web design and marketing helped create a strong brand presence that is known not only by clients but also amongst industry competitors. He continues to build the FPA brand with new strategies and efficiencies. Michael is involved in the company’s business operations management and has handled thousands of claims including large losses.
Michael holds an SPPA (Senior Professional Public Adjuster) designation from The Institutes. Apart from his designation, he holds certifications in HAAG Commercial Roof Inspector and Windstorm Network. He is also a current member of several public adjusting associations across the country such as NAPIA (National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters) and FAPIA (Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters), GAPIA (Georgia Association of Public Insurance Adjusters) and TAPIA (Texas Association of Public Insurance Adjusters)
